Registration is at the Paihia Clubrooms Friday 20th February from 5.00pm Briefing starts Friday 20th February at 8.30 pm Paihia Club Rooms Boats must be 8 metre or less, hull length only-doesn’t include duckboard or bow sprit. All anglers must be members of BOISC or affiliated club or must pay a tournament membership fee of $15.00 The tournament is fished under BOISC fishing rules incorporating NZBGFC and IGFA rules All fish will be credited to the Bay of Islands Swordfish Club Fishing Area: A line 173.40 in the North to Home Point in the South Grid map must be used for reports Fishing Times: Saturday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Sunday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm All Boats must report in when safe in port or on trailer Categories & Species Marlin (Blue/Black/Striped) Min 90 kg heaviest 1st 2nd 3rd Marlin tagged most tagged 1st 2nd 3rd
Tuna (Yellow Fin, Big Eye) Min 10kg Heaviest 1st 2nd 3rd

Junior Section
Radio: VHF CH 3 YAMAHA BASE Round ups 11.30 am and 4.05 pm Saturday 11.30 am and 4.05 pm Sunday Weigh Station All fish must be weighed on the Paihia Weigh Station 5pm to 7pm Saturday – 4pm to 6pm Sunday Any dispute relating to the weighing or of catch must be lodged with the weigh master prior to the catch being removed from the weigh station. All other disputes must be lodged in writing prior to 6pm on the last day of tournament to the convenor. The decision of the judge will be final & no further correspondence will be entered into The Paihia Clubrooms are open from 4 pm each day, in the case of extreme weather conditions the Club may open earlier; this will be announced over CH 3 YAMAHA BASE
Tournament base will be at the Paihia Clubrooms
Prize giving on Sunday at 7.30 pm Buffet Dinner on Saturday Night and Roast Dinner available on Sunday Night from the Bistro Live Band on Saturday Evening
